Counselling

We know that life can sometimes feel messy, overwhelming, or a little 'off balance'. We’re here to help you make sense of it all, support you, and help you to feel more like yourself again.

We create a safe, welcoming space where you can talk openly, explore what’s been going on, and learn practical tools for coping and thriving.

Benjamin works with adults and adolescents (ages 16+) using a tailored approach that meets their needs and goals.

The Therapy Process

Initial Assessment

Your first session is all about getting to know you and understanding your concerns. We'll talk about what's been happening in your life, your background history, and your goals for therapy.

Duration: 90 minutes

Follow-Up Sessions

In the following sessions, we’ll start actively working towards the goals we’ve set together. How long therapy lasts will depend on your individual needs, including the type, intensity, and complexity of your concerns.

Duration: 50 minutes

Finishing Up

When you no longer need regular support and feel ready for the next step, we'll work together on a plan to wrap up therapy. This usually involves slowly spacing out sessions before bringing them to a close.

If you ever need support again down the track, you’re always welcome to re-refer.
